This morning Arwyn was playing with a babushka doll MIL gave the girls and scattered the halves on top of our 2nd floor stairway. I was vacuuming the landing, then decided to pick up the pieces and put it back together before they got lost. I step down on the 2nd step and hear a crunch. Now the top half of one of the dolls is in 6 pieces plus a tiny crumb that goes somewhere I'm sure http://209.85.48.10/8918/62/emo/gaah.gif http://209.85.48.10/8918/62/emo/bawling.gif.

I'm so pissed at myself. The piece was somewhat camouflaged by the carpeting, but if I had just taken a second to look I would've seen it. Is there any kind of glue that will fix this so that it's http://209.85.48.10/8918/62/emo/strong.gif enough to be played with again?

And while I'm on the subject, Dora dropped the largest doll so many times each half now has a long hairline crack in it. It still works, but I'm wondering if there's some way to seal off the crack so it doesn't get worse.

Go to the hardware store and and buy wood glue, that is going to be your best bet. You will also need some thing to clamp it until it drys. I won't work on all thing and not seeing the break I'm not sure if it will work on this but thats what you need to glue wood.
