Amazon has 500 MP3 Downloads FREE!!!!!!

Tons of them are Holiday songs. I never knew about it, and don't know if I am just out of the loop or not, but I just wanted to let you BBB gals know.

And they say you can't get nothing for free!:yay:

Do you have a direct link on how to find them? I was aware of the one holiday song per day in december, but not of this deal.

To find the free downloads:
1. Go to Amazon.com and browse to the Music > MP3 Downloads section.
2. Leave the Search box empty and hit Go.
3. It will display the first 25 songs. At the bottom of the list, click "See all 6,753,396 MP3 song results (http://www.amazon.com/s/qid=1229088722/ref=sr_f2_all?ie=UTF8&rs=&sort=price&rh=i%3Adigital-music%2Ci%3Adigital-music-track)".
4. Sort by Price > Low to High.

You may be able to use my link above, though I'm not sure how long that search will be cached.

If this is what i'm thinking, they've had this for a long time. I think just about any people who call themselves artists or are capable of recording a song can upload their music to be downloaded. My husband and I went crazy a few years ago and downloaded tons of stuff (mostly kids songs for me), and we ended up deleting most of them because they were just bad bad bad.

There are some gems in there though, so it's worth it to sift through.

The Elf Lament by Barenaked Ladies is funny! And there is an Ani DiFranco Song, and a Sixpence None the Richer Holiday song. A few good ones...

I just went through the whole thing. I think I'd heard of maybe 4 artists on the list. There are a few children's music tracks on there, though, and I'm hoping that the Ibiza tracks are good. I'll listen to them next naptime!
