I went last night and bought 5 4-packs using the coupons and I'm going back today for more! I'm not sure if this is nationwide or not, but I read about this online and when I checked my Target (Iowa) they had them!

I went back to the same Target tonight and they had C, D, and 9V batteries too. I got 15 free packs of various sizes! Holy cow. They let me do it, but I definitely got a look from the cashier...
