So, my 2-year old is utterly obsessed with his Thomas trains, especially Henry. Santa is bringing him the 60th-anniversary Henry (covered in blue paint) that he's been talking about for 6 months. I'd love to get him the book or DVD that goes along with the train, but I can't figure out which one it is. Does anyone know?

Consider buying the collection of stories. The collection has four books in the original series (each book has several stories). The evolution from green to blue to green again takes place in the first book in two different stories. Henry is green in "The Sad Story of Henry", in which he refuses to leave a tunnel because it is raining and he doesn't want to get wet. As a punishment, he is baricaded in the tunnel and a new tunnel is built. In the next story, "Edward, Gordon, and Henry", Gordon is stuck and Henry is let out of the tunnel to help Edward pull Gordon home. Henry is rewarded and given a new red and blue paint job.

These stories are in the collection. If you don't want to buy the collection which contains 4 books, you could buy the book "Three Railway Engines":

The collection is a nice book and we have enjoyed reading the stories many times.
