sugar free or low sugar dessert recipes??

hello! my in laws are all coming over for christmas and most of them are diabetic... so i'd like to make or provide a dessert they can enjoy too. does anyone have any ideas or recipes they can share? i'm not a great baker but i can follow most directions and am willing to try ;)
