I've seen them on Etsy. I don't recall the sellers, but if you search on crib bedding you'll find beautiful options and I'm sure someone has or can do toile in any style you want.

I bought a toile bedding set (12 pcs) on ebay for my daughter. I want to say the ebay store is called Beyond Bedding, but I can't remember for sure. They had many different colors. I think I ended up paying something like $80 for everything. The service was great and the shipping was very fast.
