Philsbury crescent dough questions

I just started using the Philsbury crescent roll to make DS and DD and DH breakfast over the holiday break. My question is that the can comes in 10 rolls. I think we will eat about 5 for breakfast. I don't know how fresh the rest would be if they are reheated again the next morning. I have been putting cheese, ham, proschuttos, and nutella spread in these. I plan to pop them in the oven before I leave for work. So by the time DH and DS and DD get up in the morning, they'll have fresh and hot breakfast. What do I do with rest of the dough? Freeze them and take them out at night for the next morning?
