for water aerobics swim class. Any ideas? I prefer a tankini and something solid. Thanks!

I am pretty sure I saw some at Target last week. Didn't look to closely though at the styles.

Lands End. The suits are a bit more expensive, but I found them to be much more comfortable, and of much better quality.

I saw some on the speedousa.com website recently.

I'm pretty sure that Mimi/Motherhood carries them year round. It might be worth a look.

I used the EQ Harmony Maternity suits. I bought mine from here: http://www.swimtowin.com/cart.php?target=category&category_id=127

They're similar to a speedo in style but the back is lined as well as the front.

I loved mine from Target, and I think they have already put them out.

They are not cheap but they have some that are specifically designed for aerobics. Mine has lasted YEARS of regular use. My biggest rec is to get one with a racer back.

Sorry, mama! I guess they no longer carry maternity :( You could do a plus size though.

Swimsuits for all only has one maternity suit, though I think this style would be too floaty for exercise... http://www.swimsuitsforall.com/search.asp?thevar=maternity

www.motherwear.com has swimsuits in now, too....

Here's a cute one. http://www.fitmaternity.com/maternity-clothes/bb020.html

I got a solid tank from Mimi in May 2007. Love it.

I liked the suits I found at Land's End and Motherhood Maternity last year when I was pregnant. Unfortunately, both faded almost immediately. Land's End replaced the (expensive) suit that faded after two water aerobics classes. Junonia (plus size clothing) and other sports-oriented clothing sites offer bathing suits that are supposed to take longer to fade. Side note: I prefer a tankini and got one for water aerobics when I was pregnant, as it was much more convenient to just pull down/up the wet suit bottom during sprints to the bathroom However, I have since found a one-piece suit to be more practical for water aerobics. The tankini top tends to rise up and down and expose your belly while you're exercising and can be kind of annoying.
