This is not really a review or a complaint... but I was just wondering what happened to this website. Is it just me or have they stopped putting deals in their website all together? Are they done?

I have a friend who ordered jeans from them before the holidays, they shipped her the wrong product so they told her to send them back. Unfortunately, she did so, and then they seem to have disappeared, so she no longer has the jeans and hasn't been able to get a refund, either. She has tried to call and email them multiple times, and nothing.
