New Anywhere chair stain help

My dd got a pink monogramed anywhere chair from PB. My ds touched it with his hands that were painting a model with nonwashable paint. RRR.

All but a few dots have come out. It was black paint and now looks like blue spots.

Any ideas on what to use on it. I have tried stain stick and it didn't get the rest out.

I would try letting the cover soak overnight in a bucket of Oxy Clean mixed with water - I've had great luck with that.
