Toddler undershirts?

I've been searching for undershirts for my son. He's 27 months, but quite tall (wears 3T mostly now), and since I'm thinking about toilet training I'm moving away from onesies/diaper shirts.

Undershirts for girl toddlers seem to be easy to find, but I haven't found anything at all for toddler boys.

Any ideas? Either online, or bricks-and-mortar store in Vancouver?

Online: Petit Bateau undershirts are great. petit-bateau.us (there may be a Canada site too). Pricey but fantastic quality. Size up one while size (4ans for a 3 yr old). I bought mine on eBay at about half off retail.

Ah, Petit Bateau would be great! I found their onesies while we were living in Germany, and they were really wonderful. I'll definitely check them out, thanks.
