Does the PEG GT3 Completo recline flat?

Hi,
I was wondering if the Peg GT3 Completo stroller fully reclines to a flat position.
Anyone know? Anyone have one? I'd PAY to speak with you. Who's ever heard of a stroller with no online info before? Sheesh!

I don't think it's discontinued because the store I bought it from (on sale about 3 weeks ago) is now selling the GT3 Completo 2009 version. I'm in Canada, though, so maybe there's something different in the states. My model is the 2008.

It did not sell well in the US, so they are not releasing new models here. However, it sells well in Canada, so that's why you will see the 2009 there.
