Coach outlet..when do they have sales?

When do the coach outlets have sales...specifically on key fobs? I know they staff tells me they never know what kind of sales they are going to have. Anyway, I want to get my bf a picture key fob for her March bday but wondering if they will have any sales before then...I am thinking right before Valentines Day there might be one.

I haven't seen the key fobs on sale - except for seasonal clearance - like the summer colors at end of season and I ma not sure if I've ever seen the picture ones on sale at all.
