Grinding Teeth

My 7 mo DD has four teeth - the two upper and two lower. In the past week, she has started grinding them together. Besides making me cringe each time I hear it, will this pose any risk? Is there anything I should do to stop it, or might it be just an exploratory phase? Thanks!2

My DD is doing the same thing! Someone please help! I'm afraid she won't have any teeth left!

My DS is 13mo and still does it. They enjoy the feeling and the noise from those new things in their mouths. It should not cause any problems and they do outgrow it.

My boys have both gone through these phases but they were luckily very short lived. They just have to check out what's going on in there. It sounds horrible tough!
