Is the Sit & Stand Plus worth $65?

I was at Target and saw a Baby Trend Sit and Stand Plus Stroller on clearance for $65. Interestingly enough, the regular sit and stand ones were also $65. I know nothing about it, so figured I could buy it and then decide whether to keep it. Does anyone have it? Any opinions about it? When I got to checkout, turns out it's actually on clearance for $118, but whoever was pricing the strollers, priced it like a regular Sit and Stand. So, I got it for $65.
