I got a navy with red piping and red dog slipcover at my Bay Area, CA PBK this past weekend for $15. I also got a blue gingham slipcover for $10. They're not out on the floor. You have to ask for them. They said they had lots left.
Unfortunately, the inserts are not on sale. (Are they ever?)
