BJCE - 2008 vs 2009 model

We have decided to purchase the BJCE to use as our only stroller and know that the 2009 model is 2 lbs lighter but besides that what is the advantage of purchasing the 2009 model? I have found a few sales for the 2008 BJCE and I am trying to weigh the options if it is worth the extra money for the 2009 BJCE. Any advice?

I saw in another thread (when talking about the doubles) that there are significant improvements between the '08 and '09 that the vendor suggested made the '09 worth the extra money. You may want to google peppy parents - that's the stroller site that listed the differences.

I can tell you that I bought an '07 instead of the '07 1/2 BJCSS back when my first was born and wish I hadn't gone for the discount because the differences were so significant. So be sure to do your research.

Front wheel suspension was added in 2009.
Not sure about other changes.
