Where can I find a comprehensive list of all recalled peanut butter products?

I didn't remember the peanut butter recall and I purchased a jar of
Jif peanut butter today along with some Ritz peanut butter crackers.

How do I know if this is safe peanut butter?

Thanks so much!!

The peanut butter that was recalled was not sold as peanut butter to any consumers.

However, it was sold to manufacturers for use in peanut-butter-containing products that have been sold to consumers.

I'm not yet aware of any comprehensive list of recalled items (and not much has been "officially" recalled) -- but it seems that cookies, crackers, ice cream, and any other products with peanut butter are probably better being treated as suspect until you specifically hear otherwise.

FDA.gov. Try this link. It has the peanut butter products and the Peanut paste products. Also search for my thread that has a lot of the list on it. Search this forum for "recall" and it will pop up. I just updated it earlier.

edit: here's the link to the thread I started which lists a lot of the recalled products:

Ritz is a product of Kraft. I looked on their site a while back because we have loads of PB sandwich crackers in our house! According to their site all Kraft, Nabisco and Plantars products should be safe as they never bought from the place in question: http://kraft.com/MediaCenter/country-press-releases/Peanut_Butter_Ingredients_Update

And the main page at jif.com comes up with this:

It scary stuff. My DD practically lives on PB!

"The FDA has created a searchable list of recalled products and brands on the agency's Web site."

Here's a FDA page that seems to be keeping tabs.

The list is at the bottom. It's getting a bit long.
