I'm looking for either a 3 piece body puzzle or a mix and match body book. One of those books where you can turn the pages to make different looking people. My OT class had to do evals with body puzzles that were way too hard for the kids because our Professor couldn't find something appropriate. TIA

I saw some body learning tools at www.learningresources.com when I was checking out their sale (posted in Bargain forum). Good luck. :)

Thanks, I will tell my professor about the board books. The puzzles still looked more complicated than we want but there were some simple puzzles that can be used for other things on the tests.

Any OT's out there? What do you use?

The kids for the puzzle are around 3. That is actually the puzzle we had and it was way too difficult. The assessment calls for it to be 3 pieces. I think they mean it to be of a clothed person not the inside of the body so when we gave the outer layer to the child (I think it was 7 pieces) she kept trying to use the wood casing and it wouldn't work (Each layer is supported by the inner layer). We tried to take the casing away and she got upset because she wanted to use it. It's definitely a neat puzzle though.
Thanks,
Shannon
