I just bought a BOB from REI earlier this month, I found out that REI does a 30 day price adjustment - so I called and they did a credit for the difference over the phone!

Looks like Albee Baby also has BOB strollers and accessories at 20% off. Some styles are OOS, but with no tax (at least for shipments to CA) and free shipping for orders over $100, its a pretty good deal.
