cheese nibs? they are cheezits by a different name. I know cheezits are on the safe list for nut and egg allergies, maybe they are too.

i like noodles. you could get one of the character shaped mac and cheese and just leave off the sauce. rotini would be fun, too.

Nori? As in sheets of salted/toasted seaweed cut up into snack strips for the kids. DDs love the sheets of Korean toasted seaweed with sesame oil and salt cut up into snacking strips. They also sell Teriyaki Nori and other kinds in the Japanese section of Asian markets.

just remembered my mom always made "Nuts and Bolts" for us growing up. it was her name for the Chex party mix. We never had nuts in it, and she sometimes put in potato sticks and/or oyster crackers. you could also add or substitute cheerios, bugles, pita chips, etc. Pretty much whatever! YUM
here is one recipe, close to what my mom made:
NUTS AND BOLTS PARTY MIX
2 c. Corn Chex cereal
2 c. Rice Chex cereal
2 c. Wheat Chex cereal
2 c. Bran Chex cereal
1 c. salted mixed nuts
1 c. pretzel sticks
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Melt butter; stir in seasonings. Mix Chex cereals, nuts and pretzels; coat evenly with seasoned butter. Bake at 250 degrees F. for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
there are a million variations, here are some:
