inkubook has a free shipping deal going on. i have ordered a few books from them and quality is pretty good.

You can get a code for a free book form Picaboo - they email the code to you. The site is a little slow to download/use but they have some nice options for the pages and lots of backgrounds you can download from the site to use. I am working on my first book form them now so can't vouch for quality but had seen excellent reviews and decided to giv them a try.

I think that promo code for Shutterfly was a one-time deal. I tried to use it and it said "sorry, this code has already been used." Bummer.
