Diapers/Wipes case

I am looking for one of those Grab & Go cases which usually has changing pad, wipes, couple of diapers and maybe cream etc. Something that is convenient to grab for quick changes instead of lugging the entire diaper bag into the restroom. I have one from Sunshine Kids, but its bulky and occupies too much space in the diaper bag. Lands End has a Diaper Cluth but does anyone know if it can be clipped to a stroller.

I have the Fleurville ModPod. I love it. It has enough pockets to store even a change of clothes and extra stuff.

Target has a Fold N Go changing pad by The First Years that found to be really handy. It has zippered pockets for some wipes, 2-3 diapers and a handful of other things (keys...) and you can lip it on to things. We used to clip it on to the Bjorn and it was all I needed.

I like mine. I just throw it in my purse and go. And it does clip to your stroller or whatever you'd like to clip it to!
