rainbow light vitamins

anyone give their child the rainbow light stars? we just started and while doing a search, this thread came up. Ugghh, just can't win.

is there REALLY an A-OK vitamin w/out anything harmful to give your child?

I don't know if this helps but my friend has a kid who doesn't eat well. She is growing fine and seems healthy. When my friend brought up her concerns with the pediatrician and asked what she should give her dd, he told her that extra vitamins were totally unnecessary. He said as long as she is eating enough to grow and be healthy, she is getting all the nutrients she needs from food.
