Mega Blocks

So I picked these up yesterday at TRU because they were on sale and I had read such great online reviews about them. My neice also has them and loves them. I know the package says for age 1 and up but when did your kids start to play with them? I know I could give them to DS now but I'm the one who would really be playing with them (I feel like I need new toys more than he does to keep me entertained!) and he would just be mouthing them. Altho he does enjoy knocking stuff over. Just wondering how long I should wait to give them to him....

I think you can just give them to him now. They aren't a choking hazard. At that age I would build towers and my DS would knock them down. :)

So I went ahead and gave him the blocks. What a hit! So glad I didn't wait to give them to him. We played together with the blocks for about a half hour straight, which is quite a long time for my very on-the-go boy! Yay.
