I ordered swim diapers on 1/5. Not only have I not received them yet, but my attempts to email and phone kidbean have gone unreturned. The first time I called I actually got her on the phone and she told me that she had been in an accident and was the only person who worked for the store. She takes my order number and tells me she will call me monday (this is friday). Monday came and went with no call back. The next time I called I got a voicemail box, and the message on it said that she was a week behind in returning calls and emailing people. Anyway, it's getting really close to the time we want to start swim lessons (mid-feb.) and we have no swim diapers, I don't know if she's going to send them or not. I can understand she has been in an accident and may be behind, but if you want to run a business by yourself, you should at least have a back-up plan--someone to send an email out to people who have unfilled orders, etc. I just think it's incredibly unprofessional.
