Our bay window is leaking at the seals at the top. This is not an old window. It was installed about 10 years ago but we think the previous owners did it themselves, so perhaps it was not installed correctly. It's been snowing today and we just discovered that the window is leaking water from the seals at the top of the window. Has this happened to anyone else? Who do we call to fix this problem? I'm not sure if there's anything we can do ourselves to fix it. Thanks.
