View Full Version : Anyone have the gap and oldnavy receipt survey codes from December & January?

As usual I forgot to do the surveys that print with the receipts when I got home and now I have 4 coupons, 2 from Jan and 2 from December from both Old Navy and Gap Kids. I know the survey code is the same for everyone for the whole month at each store.

Thanks in advance, I hate to let them go to waste.

Old Navy from December was FASHION.

Gap in January was COOL.

and I did a Gap one a few days ago (Feb) and it was CLASSIC.

I actually did the survey twice in December before I realized I didn't have to....Does anyone know the January code for ON?

The Gap code from December was "Hat". Just used two of them today!

the website for getting to the survey online will be on the receipt - you need to have the receipt in order to do the survey and get the discount

When you shop in the B&M stores, they sometimes hand you a receipt that has a survey website address - then you go online, complete the survey, and write the code on the paper receipt, which turns it into a discount coupon good for three months.
