Film on dishes after using dishwasher?

We usually use Cascade powder in the dishwasher. For some reason we bought a liquid Cascade (It says "All-in-one" and "Advanced" on he label). It is leaving a film on the dishes that doesn't even come off with rinsing. I have t actual use a sponge over the dishes and then rinse. I don't know if it is the detergent or if the dishwasher is failing. Has anyone experienced this with this product?

I have noticed that my dishwasher does not work "correctly" unless there is rinsing agent in the dispenser. I use Casade Complete gel and it works best with the rinsing agent.

It says it has a rinsing agent in it. Maybe we are better off with the old Cascade powder, since our dishwasher is old and crappy maybe it is not compatible with this fancy detergent!

I agree that even though it says "complete" it still needs Rinse Aid. The only time I can use no Rinse Aid is when I use the all-in-one "action packs".
