I read a review on here that the 3-wheel will only work for a year b/c the seat is so small. Is this also true of the 4-wheel one? If this is the case, do you have another stroller you recommend that
1.) is reversible (seat or handles)
2.) is <$300
3.) is light and easy to fold
4.) will be good for a "suburban" family - drive everywhere, walk on paved paths, walk the mall, etc
5.) reclines?
