Best Diaper Bag

What is the best diaper bag to buy? I had a Kate Spade about 6 years ago and did not like it. It was way too stiff. I want something that is nice looking but functional...

How many kids are you packing for?

My favorite diaper bag for 2 in diapers is the Lexie Barnes Superstar - no longer made, though you can find them on eBay and diaper bag swapping groups. It is super well organized, lightweight, can wear crossbody, and stands up to the test of time.

I also really like the Pottery Barn Ultimate Diaper Bag. It is lightweight, well organized, and you can wear shoulder, crossbody or backpack (best in shoulder or crossbody though). The nylon is higher quality and the side pockets are deep and wide enough for YOUR water bottles and thermos. No longer made (ugh!!) but they come up on ebay frequently too.
