Okay, I can Can this? How? I've never canned anything ever and know nothing. I freeze sauce and chili, etc. I am always running out of freezer space and we have 2 freezers. I'd love to learn more about how to do it and what to do.
Thanks!

I believe you would need a pressure canner for it - I think once you add anything to the tomatoes it is not acidic enough for just boiling.

It depends on how daring you are. ;)
I do hot water bath canning for tomato sauce with only things like a little onion, garlic, and herbs.
I would use a pressure canner it if it has meat in it. I don't have a pressure canner, so I either freeze it if it has meat or just add meat to a meatless sauce.

We don't have meat in it. It's tomato sauce, tomato paste, tomato puree, garlic, oregano, onion, basil.

I think you'd be fine with the water bath canning procedure.

Add a little lemon juice - about 1 TBSP - to up the acidity. You won't notice the flavour later, but it will ensure you don't need to pressure can.
I can whole blanched tomatoes every year, no pressure cooker needed, just by doing this. Works really well.
