please tell me how you read it. DS is 13 months old and his sleeping or lack of sleep is getting pretty bad. I've picked this up several times and can't seem to read more than a couple of paragraphs. Is there an online forum somewhere I can read posts and advice?

lol...no advice, but I'll be following this post as I have the same question...seriously, that book is so hard to track!!!!

i just used the table of contents or index to send me to the applicable paragraphs. but i used it when DS1 was a baby. i think i need to look into again...
