Which is the better deal - Old Navy

So I see that Old Navy is having a sale - jeans for $9 etc. I read the other post about clicking to get 15% off, is that 15% off the sale price of $9 or off the original price? I also have a Family and Friends coupon from a friend for 30% off, but that in the fine print says it can't be combined with any other discount or offer - so that's 30% off retail and not off the current sale of $9?? Correct?

So what's a better deal?

Sale price with maybe the 15% coupon if I can get that or wait until March 12 and use the 30% off.

I want to buy a few pairs of shorts and t-shirts for summer and then next size up jeans for next fall.

It should be 15% off whatever the ticketed price is (so 15% off $9 for the jeans)....but I think the 20% off is still available if you check. I would go with that over 30% off regular.
