Purchased an item on line for instore pick up. They sent it to my home for $7.95 and I never received it. Then I get a notice it was returned to sender and they want another $7.95 to send it out again. (Two children's watercolor pans, mind you). They were rude and unaccommodating, which seems insane in this economy. Anyway, avoid them if you are choosing between vendors.

I thought it was Faber Castell directly, but it is not. It uses a middleman service called shopatron and they are the problem. They used this company: http://www.kingarthurstoys.com/ to fulfill the order and they were difficult too. In the end, I never got my order and I am out $8 shipping on some kids watercolor cakes. I am going to protest the AMEX charge.
