Please share your favorite facial masque/scrub

I have never really used facial masques before so I looking for recommendations on masques and scrubs ... something you use to give you that instant glow. I would also really appreciate if you could include your skin type (I am guessing maybe that would affect how the masque works). I have normal skin with an oily T-zone (atleast I think thats how it is :confused:).
