Best jogger for really tall child?

I'm trying to help my friend find a jogging stroller for her almost 3 year old who's over 3 feet tall. Does anyone know which brands have the most longevity in terms of height?

If you really mean a jogger, then check out the Kool Stride. It has a huge seat. If you are talking about A/T's, then there are other choices.
