Mac Quest 07, 08, 09????

What are the difference's between the Maclaren Quest 07, 08, and 09 models??? I like the print of the 07 black mod one at toys r us but not so sure about buying an older model. Is it worth buying the 08 or 09???

I already have an 06 triumph and find the breaks are awful...are the new ones any better?

what's wrong with the brakes on your 06 Triumph? Mine seem fine. Do you mean how you have to engage them?

I think one difference between 07 and 08 is the addition of the carry strap instead of just the carry handle.

From what I can find the 08/09 are very similar but is there much of a differnce with the 07? Are the changes to the breaks/straps actually better?

I can't help on the difference between the model years, but I did spot an 07 Mac Quest Mod in black at TJ Max today for $150.00. BRU's price is $200.00.

The 07 breaks are located behind the wheel.
The 08 breaks are located behind the back of the seat, you press it to the left or right and it breaks both wheels.

I don't know if the 07 comes with a carry strap, but the 08 does, and the 08 an 09 have a new buckle.

If you buy from an authorized Mac dealer, the 08 and 09 models come with a lifetime warranty.

The 09 models are marketed as being pthalate and lead free, but I emailed the Mac people and they said it's just a marketing ploy, all of the previous models are pthalate free and obviously lead free.

FYI: I bought my brand new 08 Mac Quest on Ebay for $158, including shipping and handling.
