I've had so many problems with corrupted Lexar professional compactflash cards!

Can someone recommend a better brand? (high speed)

I was considering the Sandisk Ultra series.

No D70 here, but I have had no problems with any of our SanDisk cards. I have several of their products (USB thumb drives, SD, CF) and they have always been very reliable and fast.

I've got a SanDAisk Extreme III for my Cannon Digital Rebel XT.
Very highly rated. Works great for me.
(I do lots of hobby + some amateur professional photography.)
Check out CNet for more ratings.

I use the SD Ultra and like it. I think it's better than the regular SD cards too.

Thanks! Costco has a coupon for the SD Ultra so I will go for it! I'm so sick of losing pictures or having to delete a few corrupted ones. I don't know why that happens!

You should get a few of the smaller GB memory cards, just in case you get corrupted files. That's what professional photographers do...they have a bunch of memory cards instead of putting all of their pics on one huge memory card.

Sandisk without a doubt. Been there done that with off-breed memory cards and lost a ton of photos once because of it (A-Data) - I'll stick with Sandisk from this day forward for a just a few bucks more.
