With the REI sale they are all around the same price. Which would you chose? I like how you can add a tray to the BabyJoggers. Not sure you can with the BOB. This is for my 16 month old on walks. Looking for a decent size basket as well.
ETA: I would get the BOB revolution. Swivel front wheel is a must.
