View Full Version : easy recipe for Shrimp spring rolls?

This is what I'd do:

-cook some shrimp (boil or saute) and season with salt and pepper. Remove the tails and put shrimp into a food processor.
-saute some prepackaged cole slaw mix until wilted, season with salt and pepper.
-Chop some garlic and scallions.

Mix the shrimp in a bowl with the garlic and scallions and cabbage. Add some salt and pepper and a bit of sugar.

Spoon the mixture onto the spring roll wrapper and seal it closed by using a beaten egg.

Then fry in canola oil until golden brown.

I personally like to use sweet chile sauce though.
