monitors w/ rechargeable batteries?

We are expecting our first child this summer. We live in a place where we lose power a lot and are having trouble figuring out a good option for a baby monitor. We'd like to find something where both the transmitter and receiver(s) run on batteries and can be plugged in. Power doesn't go all the time, so most of the time being plugged in will be fine, but we want something with backup, especially because when power cuts out it's usually related to a loud storm.
