Has Anyone used Milanoo.com before

I found Milanoo.com on accident and the prices are astounding and I found my perfect dress on it. All of the dresses are under 200, but is it reputable? I don't care if the fabrics are wonderful or elite, but if it is going to fall apart halfway down the isle i'm not interested. My budget is extremely small and so these dresses are perfect. Advice please!!!
