CS Rave for Kid Kraft

Just wanted to tell everyone about our experience with Kid Kraft's CS. We have a train table made by them (the Costco version), and due to carelessness on our part, we messed up one of it's legs recently. If you go to their website, you can order a replacement part FOR FREE!!! :) They delivered it very quickly too. I was beyond impressed. :bighand:

Golly, you mean I could have saved time getting parts from them online and not even had to call? They were spectacular when we messed up something on our kitchen, and something that came defective, AND when our brown rocking chair had blue screws in the bag - that the IL's thought were normal, lol.

Yes! I love Kidkraft's Customer Service. I have had very good experiences with them.
