Just saw this and wonder what is it?

I saw a woman with a baby planet double strolelr today. She had an extention attached to the handles that made it a single bar handle instead of the two handles, how cool!
Now, I couldn't chase her down and ask, as I was on a bus, and she was walking :superhero:
Anybody saw this ever? Is it only made for baby planet strollers or universal?
A name for this thing?
I think that would be great if it were some kind of universal handles adapter that could be attached to a Maclaren, for example. Of course you'll have to remove it to fold the stroler, but for days in and out of bus, public transport and stores with 2 kids in tow, or when it's raining and you want to hold an umbrella and navigate a lightweight stroller, or just to make stroller handles higher for someone tall!:bighand:

Thanks MamaKath, that's exactly what it was.
I checked out the universal extender, and while it looks like a good solution, I wonder how it really performs, because it's attached to your stroler with velcros??? does it stay in place?

Anyway, thanks again for quick reply and total satisfaction of my curiosity :) (for a moment I thought I won't sleep at night if I don't find out what this is, even though I don't really have a burning need for it:)
