Don't bitch at me that my billable hours are not where they should be and then turn around and take an agreement I drafted, tell me you don't have time to review it and then behind my back - have another attorney re-draft the entire agreement - billing several hours to the client. ESPECIALLY when the form I drafted was provided by the IRS in the first place - meaning it was basically already drafted!!!!
Oh, and then not replying to my email as to WHY we need a whole other agreement, that's a nice touch!
