Last year's Costco playhouse

I see that they have a new, but similar version this year. I was wondering if anyone bought last year's version.

How is it holding up? The area we have to put one is not sheltered, so it would be exposed to sun & rain. How does the wood look?

Would you buy it again? If not, what was wrong & what would you choose this time?

There was a very recent thread discussing this playhouse! A lot of people thought they did not hold up well, but I think ours looks fine. We live in a very hot climate, but ours is under a tree that provides heavy shade.

The thread should be on the first couple pages, I will look for it if I get a chance!
