Need stroller ideas for outdoor walks

I thought I was done with strollers since I don't think we will have any more kids, but I really want to start walking daily with the kids and the dog and want to contain the kids. DD is 4 and 35 lbs DS is 2.5, and 31 lbs. We have the P&T E3 but DS is getting close to the weight limit for the bottom seat. I was thinking a SBS double with a high weight limit per seat with big tires. I will use it for outdoor walking but DH might do some light jogging. Don't want to spend more than $200 so looking for used or cheaper brand new. I don't expect to use it for several years, just then next 2 or so. We live in MA so it will only be used in the warmer months, I don't plan on walking in the snow :)
Any suggestions would be helpful.

I just posted about the MBUD sale. You could sell it when you are finished with it, and at least get the difference from the $200 back. If you get a cheaper model, you won't enjoy it as much, and you won't have much, if any, re-sale value.
