Just had to share this funny story:
DS has become very concerned about me and whether or not it's time to go to the hospital. This was our conversation while out driving tonight:
DS: Mommy, is it time for you to go to the hospital yet?
Me: No, but not too much longer.
DS: When will we go?
Me: Well, Mommy and Daddy will go first and after Baby C comes out you and M will come and visit us.
DS: (after a long, serious pause) But how will I drive us there?
Poor kid!!!!
I then had to explain that he wasn't going to be home alone, I guess I haven't gone over that with him yet! I also told him either my mom or DH will bring them up so they can visit, but they can't come to the hospital while I have surgery. He is not understanding why kids can't be there for the surgery, but I think he'll get over it!
I just had to laugh!!!
