Can we talk sunblock, again....

Sorry for the repeat---I know I read a post with the answer to my question but now I can't find it. I need a sunblock for the Texas summer sun but also is good for use in water that isn't filled with cancerous scary chemicals for adults and a 3yo... What do I need?

they are identical except the baby one contains oatmeal probably to soothe extra sensitive skin. i use the baby one and i love it! they also sell these at walmart and target too. they are both physical sunscreens instead of chemical ones and they have an spf 60.
